Welcome to Find Your Zero® Fitness (“FYZ Fitness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to our website (https://fyzfitness.com), digital courses, online coaching services, and related educational content, including purchases made through our checkout pages.
By accessing our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Age Eligibility
Find Your Zero® Fitness offers digital courses and online coaching services exclusively to adults aged 18 and older.
By purchasing a course or enrolling in online coaching, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Use of Website and Services
You agree to use our website, products, and services only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, courses, or customer accounts.
Distribute malicious software or interfere with website functionality.
Engage in fraudulent activity or misuse our services.
We reserve the right to restrict access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the original content provided by Find Your Zero® Fitness, including our logos, graphics, written materials, videos, exercise demonstrations, downloadable guides, and digital courses, is owned by or licensed to FYZ Fitness and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a digital course grants you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the included educational materials for your own individual purposes.
You may download included guides for personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
4. Digital Courses and Educational Materials
Find Your Zero® Fitness currently offers the following self-coaching courses:
Custom Meal Plan Pro: A beginner-focused course covering nutrition, training, and habit formation.
Ultimate Fitness Mastery: A comprehensive course covering nutrition, training, exercise customization, and progressive habit formation.
Both courses include downloadable educational guides and supporting video lessons, as described on their respective course detail pages.
Customers receive access through our course delivery platform, Systeme.io, following successful payment. Course access information is provided through the purchase confirmation process and associated email communications.
Courses include lifetime access as advertised, subject to continued platform availability, applicable law, and these Terms. Lifetime access refers to the availability of the purchased course materials rather than a guarantee that a particular third-party platform will operate indefinitely.
Digital courses are intended for independent educational use and do not include personalized one-on-one coaching unless expressly stated.
5. Digital Courses and Educational Materials
Find Your Zero® Fitness offers personalized online coaching through the following packages:
1-Month Online Coaching
3-Month Online Coaching
Online coaching may include individualized exercise programming, progress monitoring, accountability, and guidance relating to fitness, nutrition, and habit formation.
Personalized training programs are delivered through Trainerize, our designated online coaching platform.
Onboarding and Official Start Date
After purchasing an online coaching package, customers will be contacted within one business day to begin onboarding.
Onboarding includes:
- Completion of an initial client assessment.
- Configuration of the client’s training app.
- Preparation of the client’s personalized training program.
The paid coaching period officially begins only after these onboarding requirements are completed and the personalized program is ready.
Communication and Accountability
Coaching includes weekly progress check-ins using text and video messaging on a mutually agreed, consistent day.
We also provide proactive accountability messages on designated support days to encourage progress, identify obstacles, and make appropriate adjustments.
Standard coaching support is available Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Client messages are generally answered within one business day, with excluded days not counted toward that response period.
Coaching packages do not automatically renew. Continuing coaching after a package ends requires purchasing another package.
6. Payments and Pricing
Prices are displayed on the applicable product or service checkout page before purchase.
Digital courses and coaching packages are purchased through one-time payments. The 3-Month Online Coaching package is paid in full at checkout rather than billed through automatic monthly installments.
Payments are processed through Stripe and other payment methods made available at checkout.
We do not charge additional mandatory fees for access to purchased course materials or the designated coaching app. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be disclosed during checkout.
Prices may change for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter the price of an already completed purchase.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital Courses
Because digital courses provide access to downloadable educational materials and video lessons, purchases are generally nonrefundable for changes of mind once digital access has been provided, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
If you experience technical problems accessing purchased materials, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.We do not charge additional mandatory fees for access to purchased course materials or the designated coaching app. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be disclosed during checkout.
Online Coaching
Customers may request cancellation and a full refund during the onboarding period, before the official coaching start date.
Once onboarding is complete and the paid coaching period has begun, refunds are generally not provided solely because a customer changes their mind, subject to applicable law.
If FYZ Fitness is unable to provide agreed-upon coaching services, we will review the circumstances and work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution, consistent with applicable legal obligations.

8. Health, Fitness, and Nutrition Disclaimer
Find Your Zero® Fitness provides fitness, nutrition, and habit formation education and coaching. Our services are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
We do not provide medical advice or individualized medical treatment.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, physical limitation, or other health concern.
Participation in exercise and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.
You are responsible for communicating relevant limitations, following appropriate safety precautions, and exercising reasonable judgment when participating in physical activities.
Individual results vary based on factors including personal circumstances, consistency, adherence, health status, and lifestyle.
We do not guarantee specific weight-loss, muscle-gain, strength, or other fitness outcomes.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably necessary for their purchases and coaching services.We do not provide medical advice or individualized medical treatment.
Online coaching clients are expected to communicate relevant changes in their fitness circumstances, exercise limitations, and program-related concerns.
Customers are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized account access.You are responsible for communicating relevant limitations, following appropriate safety precautions, and exercising reasonable judgment when participating in physical activities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Find Your Zero® Fitness is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of educational materials, unauthorized account access caused by a customer’s failure to protect their credentials, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.Online coaching clients are expected to communicate relevant changes in their fitness circumstances, exercise limitations, and program-related concerns.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, or removes rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Third-Party Platforms
We use third-party services to operate our business, including WordPress, Systeme.io, Stripe, and Trainerize.
Certain features, payment processes, and account functions may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.
We are not responsible for every interruption or technical issue affecting independent third-party services, but customers may contact us for assistance with FYZ-related access or delivery problems.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our services, business operations, or legal obligations.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Material changes affecting existing purchases or ongoing coaching arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any binding agreements already in effect.
